Hello my fellow (cough cough),

I said I would speak about this awhile back and well here we go.

Now first of all, I will say that I know that here on bloghi there are some real estate bloggers so if I piss you off, umm, who cares. I know that this will bother some of you but before you get all "pissy" with me, understand that I am just speaking the truth so dont even attempt to tell me you care about the people you sell homes for or to. Thanks!

I happen to be a home owner. I have lived in a few different homes over the years and I have used real estate agents in the past because I just figured that was how it worked. I know, I'm just a stupid asshole. Oh well, let me say this right off the bat so everyone knows where I stand (as if you care). I think real estate agents are pretty much useless. There, I said it and oh boy do I mean it. I have never once in my life met a real estate agent who was anything more than a "yes man" or uh woman. They will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale and in almost EVERY case, that agent has no clue what they are talking about and I will prove that in this blog through my very own dealings with them.

Real estate agents (assholes) are first and foremost, sales people. I just happen to be a sales person myself and believe me I understand exactly what it means to be in sales and I know exactly what is going through the minds of sales people. There is only ONE driving factor for sales people and that is MONEY! If anyone tells you different, they are lying to you and you should pick up the nearest hard and sturdy object and bash them in the face several times until atleast one eye ball pops out of their stupid little head. Trust me, being in sales is not what one could call an exciting job so there has to be a reason people do it and that reason is and always has been money. If youre a good sales person, you can make some serious money. The bottom line with real estate agents is, they want their commision check so they can buy pretty happy things just like the rest of us assholes. They do not care about you and they do not care if your bathroom has leaks or if all of the windows in your home are broken. You see it all the time in the newspaper, "wonderful home on ten acres of land, great views of the creek in the backyard, needs a little tender love and care". They never say, "house on ten acres, cant see the creek cause of the runway and jets that fly by, roof leaks and the basement is filled with water 7 months out of the year,windows leak,toilet has possum poop in it and my dead mother lives in the attic". My point is, no matter how bad the home is, they twist the words to make it sound like an enchanted castle with happy frilly things in every room. Why? because its a sales tactic to sucker your dumb ass into buying something so they can get what? MONEY!!!

I bought a house once and unfortunately I didnt have a huge amount of money so I looked in the paper and found a nice place on a few acres. It was advertised as a nice home for a new family in a quiet country setting. Well, I went and looked at the house and in fact, when I was there it was nice and quiet and indeed it was in the country. The agent failed to mention that the house was in horrid condition and that the neighbors were hick trash bastards with a loud stereo and bad manners. Being a complete idiot, I decided to go ahead and start the buying process and had the home inspector come out and do his thing. I also had the bug guy come out to look at the structure to be certain that my home wouldnt turn into dust from termites. This "bug guy" came highly recommended buy the agent and he said "oh yeah, this guy is great". Well, I just happened to be there when this dickless wonder "bug guy" was there and I watched him as he was getting ready to crawl under the house to search for bugs. He looked under the house and then looked up and said, "Nope, no bugs" and asked me for a check. He wanted me to pay him 600 bucks for two minutes of work, without even doing any work at all. Needless to say, I didnt pay him and he was one very unhappy bug guy. The agent was really nice to me from the start and I thought he really cared. He was like my best buddy and always said "youre getting a great deal here". I thought I was really doing great and thought I would be taken care of. Well, the day came to sign the papers and I had one problem that I had to have fixed. The roof needed to be replaced and I couldnt afford that so I asked my new best buddy the agent, and he said, " You got it, I will make sure we get a new roof for you too if you sign the papers". So, I signed and guess what happened? I never heard from that rat bastard again and I was stuck with a leaky roof. He recieved his check and ran off into the sunset, probably laughing like a little girl too.

Bottom line, real estate agents dont give a damn about you and if you think they do, you are a stupid jack ass. They only want your money so they can live a better life. So the next time you go to buy a home, dont believe anything that an agent tells you. Make sure that YOU check the house out yourself and make sure that YOU check EVERYTHING in massive detail.

The only thing a real estate agent is, is a broker of deals. They have no real value other than they know what is for sale. They are not special and they are not SMART. I have never once met a real estate agent who actually had your best interests in mind and I have never met one that made me say, " oh yeah, this agent really knows something". They dont, its a fact, so deal with it.

Watch your back when dealing with these nut jobs. I promise you that atleast one will say something stupid on here and they will defend themselves against my words. Dont be fooled people (assholes) they are just talking trash cause thats what they do best.
