If You Buy An Animal As A Pet Only To Treat It Poorly, YOU Are An ASSHOLE!
Ahh! Christmas is almost here and assholes everywhere are buying presents for all of their asshole friends and family. Have you ever recieved something really cool like a puppy or a kitten for Christmas before? Did you know that statistics show that animals bought as presents for Christmas are much more likely to be abused or given away?
It makes me sick when assholes treat animals badly. I am not a pansy(just an asshole) so get that outta your damn mind right now! I happen to love animals because they are fun and they are just so friggin cute too! Its not a "pansy" issue at all when it comes to people loving their pets and treating them correctly.
Anyway, People(assholes) seem to have this crazy ass idea that animals are just an "object". An object that they can turn on and off like a tv or something. I have personally known a few assholes who would buy an animal and within only a few days would be so upset that they either gave them away or took them back to where they got "it" from. Now I'm not with PETA or any animal rights group and honestly those people are absolute idiots. But, I feel so bad when somebody takes an animal in and doesnt even try to make the animal happy or even try to cope with what the animal is going to do. For gods sake people they are animals! They are gonna crap on your rug,eat your slippers,your food etc. But if you train them right and just give it time, they will become great little friends and as my cats are, a part of the family.
So I guess the message I'm trying to give people(assholes) is that maybe instead of getting little tommy that horse he wants so bad you should re-think it and buy him a gerbil instead. Or even better, dont buy an animal as a holiday present unless you as the parent are going to take full responsibility for the animal because we all know how kids are. If you do decide to buy a pet, Please dont be an asshole and make him/her live in a closet. Give that animal some love and compassion because thats really all an animal wants from you anyways. Oh yeah! I almost forgot food and water! Thats kinda important too I guess.
