LOUD NEIGHBORS SUCK

I have a neighbor who plays his damn music nearly 24/7. It wouldnt be so bad if he would keep it at a normal level but this jerk and his friends play that sucker full blast at all hours of the night! I would love to kill them but I dont feel like digging holes to bury them in. Why is it that people feel that since they live in a house that they are immune to being smart? I hate these people so much and I'm really looking for ideas on how I can take care of them. I heard somewhere that you can buy a radio transmitter to block them but what if they are playing cd's?

God help me I'm going craaazzzzyyyyy!!!!!!!!
